Add is_blocked attribute to Teammate API or Bulk profile management via CSV

Feedback from Front Eng confirmed that only way to Block teammates and free up licenses are either by SCIM or one by one directly in Console.

Would appreciate or both of the following

1. Adding an attribute for is_blocked to the Teammates API endpoint for programmatic/bulk management of users.

2. Adding Bulk teammate feature via console to upload CSV file.

Our team does not have resourcing to setup SCIM user management so our only way to deactivate profiles in mass is 1 by 1 in the user console. This is fine for deactivating a few profiles or a small team, however we need to bulk clear 100-200 hundred over the next week and this will be very time consuming.

Being able to manage this via CSV or by easy API script to the Teammates endpoint would save us hours of time adjusting profiles via the UI
