Hello, I would like Macros to be able to SEND a message to a customer. This would help me, in 1 clic, do the following actions :- send the message - set status to "waiting"- snooze for X days

Macros: "Move Message to New Conversation" as action
It would be nice if we had a macro option to move a conversation to a new message. Along with this option it would be super handy if we could preset the To address on the new message.
Collect teammate answers: allow optional text prompts
When a Macro has a Collect Teammate Answer step, leaving a text field empty could be a valid response that triggers a different branch condition. An option within "Add prompt" to mark a text field as Optional would allow for this added flexibility.
