Ability to duplicate entire chatbots for other Front Chat channels

The ability to duplicate chatbots would be much appreciated. We work with several chat channels which have the same workflows, so it would be much faster to set up a new bot for another chat channel by duplicating the existing one.

Use existing message templates in chatbot flow

We already have live chat message templates that address commonly asked inquiries. We'd like to be able to use them directly in the chatbot flow instead of having to replicate them manually.

Chatbots: Ability to combine certain options in a multiple choice question

Currently every multiple-choice option creates a new path. It would be helpful to be able to combine a subset (or all) of the multiple-choice option paths so we don't have to duplicate a path for each option.

Currently the chatbot icon is a fixed icon. It would be nice to be able to customize it to better reflect our company's branding.

Ability for multiple people to edit chatbot flow at once

Only one admin can currently edit the chatbot flow at a time. Would it be possible to support multiple admins editing it at the same time?

Distinct notifications for chatbot conversations

It would be helpful to create an alert specifically for when somebody has used the bot to submit a query. At the moment, the alert applies to any message received (i.e. email) and ideally we just want to know if it is somebody using the bot/ chat ...

Embedded hyperlinks for chatbot messages

Currently it's not possible to include an embedded hyperlink in a chatbot message. Instead, the full URL (e.g., www.google.com) will appear. It would be helpful to be able to insert embedded hyperlinks like this so messages look more professional ...
