My ideas: Shared drafts

Problem Tags can only be applied after sending — users who hold drafts for review risk forgetting to tag the conversation later. Request Allow tagging conversations while a draft is still being composed, so tags are applied before sending.

Problem Inbox filters show open, archived, snoozed, etc., but there's no filter to view shared team drafts. Request Add a drafts filter tab in the inbox so team members can view shared drafts alongside other inbox filters.

Request Scheduled drafts should be hidden from the main drafts folder until they're sent or the scheduled time is approaching.
