    Hello,

    Thanks for the idea submission! We don't include any text tied to conversation in Analytics besides the subject and first 200 characters of the conversation - else the performance of Analytics would be extremely degraded.

    However, topics reporting was just released - and it's a great way to categorize automatically the content of your conversations.
