During a product roadmap discussion with Silverbird, Natalia, the head of CX, mentioned that they need a solution that allows account managers to take calls from customers to a WhatsApp business channel. When a caller calls a WhatsApp number, they want to be able to route the call to the account manager responsible.

This functionality is not currently supported by Meta in their WhatsApp Business API. We'll monitor this idea in the event it is supported in the future.
