Allow tag and empty inbox creation from the rule editor to speed up creation.

Users sometimes use individual tags on shared conversations for their own personal classification. We currently do not allow rules to do this because individual rules run only on individual inboxes.

As a manager, I want to either receive a notification or trigger a rule, whenever the live dashboard hits specific criteria (for example: if the backlog is more than x conversations, trigger this action or notify me)

Having an audible alert for discussions to leverage them more of an instant messenger. Potentially getting rid of slack and other more im type tools.

Currently the formatting for dates is Month Day Year and is North America/US centric. An enhancement would be to provide other formatting options like Day Month Year for other Regions more native formatting.

Add custom fields for more resources: Company, Workspace Add more custom fields types: Tag List, ... This can unlock many scenarios that need a centralised record of constants: incident management with IMs, advanced rules scenarios etc.

When using the compact view, can we create a hover state similar to in the analytics view?
