For the require Tag rule, allow users to select a "Parent" tag (that then includes all nested tags as options). This would allow users to select any of the nested tags to fulfil the rule

Idea: "select a tag among children tag of tag X" This would be very helpful if you have a "Incident type" list of tag and you add new types as they happen.
