Notifications / new message sound for chat visitors
Each time we send a message to the customer, a notification sound should alert them. This will enhance our ability to offer effective support, enabling them to respond promptly to our messages.
We used a different chat app before and used to be able to see the navigation history of the guest we were chatting with, it was really helpful to understand what the guest was looking at at and what other pages he had visited before
It would be nice to integrate Google Dialogflow into our chat offering in the way Twilio Flex currently does https://www.twilio.com/blog/flex-dialogflow-cx-digital.
Currently only able to view the last page that the visitor is before starting the chat. User would like the ability to view their full path that brought them to the page where they started the chat.
Do not override customer contact details with pre-live chat form entries
We ask to collect info in the pre livechat form (e.g. email + a reference using a custom field) but if the customer types this in wrong or doesn't enter anything this information will be edited / deleted from the contact information. We need this ...
