Native two way sync between Teams and Front OOO status. Toggling OOO in Teams would toggle OOO in Front and vice versa. (Behavior between Teams and Outlook today)

The Front / Salesforce integration has a "note" section, but it only updates the deprecate "notes and attachments" section in Salesforce. Notes are now a standalone feature, so using the deprecated version means we end up having to duplicate notes...

We would like to synchronise all the historical messages from Front to Hubspot, rather than just new ones as they arrive.

In some cases we may need to do a group text similar to having 2 or more customers on the same email. Twilio supports this with their conversations api and it would be great to be able to connect to that from front.

Once a message comes in from Slack, any edits that the original creator makes are not updated in Front, making it possible to miss information without going back to check the message in Slack. Images as an example.
