My ideas: Export

Request Allow administrators to disable contact exporting for non-admin teammates.

Request Export contacts and accounts from contact lists to Excel, including all custom fields for integration with external systems.

Problem Large contact exports take hours to complete; if the page is refreshed or closed, the export is lost. Request Send exports via email with download links instead of requiring users to keep the page open.
