New integration requests

Problem Teams are using Microsoft Teams for communication, but conversations with them can't be handled directly in Front without switching between apps. Request Send and receive Microsoft Teams messages directly within Front conversations.

Problem There is no way to communicate with non-Front teammates over Google Chat without leaving Front. Request Add a Google Chat integration (plugin or channel) to send and receive Google Chat messages within Front.

Problem Teams can't receive and manage iMessage Business Chat conversations in Front alongside other channels. Request Integrate iMessage Business Chat as a channel type in Front so conversations can be received and responded to directly.

Problem There is no Microsoft To Do integration, so users in the Microsoft ecosystem cannot create tasks from Front conversations. Request Add a Microsoft To Do integration similar to the existing Asana and Todoist integrations.

Problem Airbnb guest and host messages can only reach Front through email forwarding, losing threading and context. Request Add a native Airbnb channel to handle Airbnb messages directly within Front.

Request Integrate Attio CRM with Front.

Problem LinkedIn messages cannot be managed in Front — teams must switch to LinkedIn to handle messages from the platform. Request Add a LinkedIn Messages channel integration so conversations can be received and replied to within Front.

Problem Out-of-office status must be set separately in Front and Microsoft Teams — there is no sync between them. Request Add two-way OOO status sync between Microsoft Teams and Front, so toggling OOO in one platform updates the other.

Request Create Notion database items from Front tickets, with automatic syncing of ticket status to the Notion item status property. Context Use cases include creating bug reports and other database items that link to the original email conversation.

Request Add a native AWS Connect integration to Front, enabling teams to manage customer interactions and call records alongside conversations.
